Germany billing address generator
Generate German billing address details with street, house number, 5-digit PLZ, and city.

Address information
German addresses place the street before the house number and the postal code before the city, as in Friedrichstraße 43, 10117 Berlin.
This page provides German billing address fields for street, house number, PLZ, and city, with regional filters. Forms may combine or separate the street and house number.
How a German address is written
The standard line is “street house-number, PLZ city”, for example Friedrichstraße 43, 10117 Berlin.
- Field order
- Straße comes first, then Hausnummer. The next line is a 5-digit PLZ, a space, and the Ort. Bundesland is optional on many web forms and still required in some logistics tools.
- Postleitzahl
- German postal codes are exactly five digits. No letters, no hyphen. 10117 is Berlin; 80331 is Munich. Do not enter a 4-digit or ZIP+4 value.
- Street and number
- Numbers may include a letter or range, such as 12a or 12–14. Do not swap Straße and the number. Keep umlauts unless the field forbids non-ASCII.
- Common address mistakes
- Berlin is both a city and a state — still include the PLZ. The country value is Germany / DE.

FAQ
Where do the generated addresses come from?
Generation draws records from the address dataset for the selected region. The page also includes fixed format examples. A generated result does not establish a link between an address and your name or account.
How do I use a German billing address for a payment?
Check the street, house number, 5-digit PLZ, and city against the address registered with the merchant or card issuer. Correct formatting alone does not establish a billing match; this generator does not access your account records.
Do PLZ and city stay together?
The pool samples linked postal codes and cities. Choosing a state keeps draws in that state.
The form splits street and house number.
Put Friedrichstraße in the street box and 43 in the number box. Do not put 10117 on the street line.
The field rejects ß.
Keep the original characters when supported. If the form requires ASCII, use ss for ß according to the recipient's instructions, and follow their rules for city-name transliteration.
Billing address details
- A German address should include street, house number, 5-digit PLZ, and city.
- Check the billing address registered on your account before paying. A shipping address may be different.
