Norway billing address generator
Norway uses four-digit postnummer. Preserve leading zeroes and the associated poststed, including for Oslo addresses.

Address information
Address format in Norway
Write street, premises, and any required dwelling identifier, followed by the four-digit postcode and postal locality, then Norway.
- Street and premises
- Keep letters in premises numbers such as 25 B. Bolignummer identifies an individual dwelling within a street address and is not the same as the premises number.
- Postal-code format
- Use four digits, such as 0161, never the numeric value 161. A P.O. box may have a different code from nearby street delivery; check the delivery type.
- Region fields
- Poststed is postal locality, kommune is municipality, and fylke is county. The city field generally follows the registered poststed rather than the county name.

FAQ
Does dwelling identifier H0302 replace the house number?
No. It is a separate dwelling identifier. Put it in a supplementary address or unit field when required by the registered address, keeping the street and house number intact.
How should I enter a Norway postal code?
Use four digits, such as 0161, never the numeric value 161. A P.O. box may have a different code from nearby street delivery; check the delivery type.
Can I use a generated address as my billing address?
For an actual payment, use the billing address registered with the merchant or card issuer. Generated records and fixed examples do not establish that an address belongs to you or matches your account. This tool does not access account records or guarantee payment acceptance.
Why does the example differ from a generated result?
The fixed example illustrates field order, while generation draws records from the selected region's address data. Records may retain older administrative names. Confirm the full address and current postal code with the recipient or postal operator before use.
Billing address details
- Choose the destination country or region before entering address fields. Keep postal codes as text so leading zeroes are preserved.
- Use the building, unit, and apartment details from the registered address; a postal code cannot supply these details.
